Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between pk oke and its users. By registering on the site or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to all these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the site.

01. General Provisions
pk oke is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, live casino, and sports betting services to Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all sections, services, and promotional activities on the site.
This document will be considered the final authority on all matters related to pk oke. By using or navigating any part of the site, the user is deemed to have fully accepted these terms.
1.1 Scope of Application
This document applies to the pk oke website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and any services connected to the platform. Regardless of the device or means by which a user accesses the site, these terms remain equally in effect.
1.2 Definitions
In this document, "Platform" refers to the overall services of pk oke. "User" or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor. "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and associated funds.
02. Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account and use services on pk oke, each user must meet the following eligibility requirements.
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to register on the pk oke platform and participate in any gaming or betting activity is 21 years. If asked to provide documents to verify age, the user must supply them. Any account belonging to an underage person will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one pk oke account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, from the same IP address, or from the same device is not permitted. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Failure to submit requested documents during the identity verification process, or providing false information, may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
2.4 Account Security
The user bears full responsibility for keeping their username, password, and OTP confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the pk oke support team immediately. Allowing anyone else to use the account or transferring the account is strictly prohibited.
Please note: pk oke will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If anyone requests this information, treat it as a fraud attempt and report it to live chat immediately.
03. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the pk oke platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The site currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
3.1 Deposits
The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳100. The account must be active and verified before initiating a deposit. If a transaction is not completed correctly, the pk oke support team must be informed with the transaction reference.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit, and only to a verified account.
3.3 Account Verification
pk oke reserves the right to verify identity before completing a withdrawal. The user may be asked to submit a national identity card or other proof. Payment may be held until verification is complete.
3.4 Transaction Security
All financial information is protected by SSL encryption. Using third-party payment methods or conducting transactions through another person's account is prohibited.
04. Bonus and Promotion Terms
pk oke offers various promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms, and it is every user's responsibility to read them carefully.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.
4.2 Other Promotions
The platform currently has five regular promotions running:
- Weekly pk oke Reload — Once per week, a 30% deposit bonus up to ৳3,000. Wagering: 15 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100.
- pk oke Slot Festival — Daily 50% deposit bonus on slot games up to ৳5,000. Wagering: 20 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100.
- Cricket Season Boost — 40% deposit bonus up to ৳4,000 before placing cricket or sports bets on weekends. Wagering: 18 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100.
- pk oke Birthday Gift — Once a year, a reward of up to ৳1,500 for verified account holders. Wagering: 10 times the reward.
- Refer a Friend to pk oke — A reward of up to ৳2,000 for each active friend referral. Wagering: 8 times the reward.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- No bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- In cases of bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use, pk oke reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- A bonus is never considered direct cash — the wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.
05. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The pk oke platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
5.1 Game Fairness
pk oke works with game studios that use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Games from all partner studios — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe — are regularly tested through third-party audits.
5.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputed Results
If a round is incomplete due to a technical error or server outage, pk oke reserves the right to cancel the bet for that round and return the amount to the user's account. In the case of disputed results, pk oke's decision will be considered final.
5.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other international cricket tournaments, as well as football and other sports. Odds may change before the set time, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.
5.4 Multi Bet
A multi bet can be created by combining multiple selections. Full payment is made only if all selections win; losing even one means the entire bet is lost.
06. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk oke platform, and such violations may result in permanent account closure.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
- Following any method with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Obtaining another user's information or engaging in fraudulent communication.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Providing false information about age or identity.
Consequences: If a prohibited activity is identified, pk oke may suspend or close the account without notice, forfeit earned winnings and bonuses, and take legal action.
07. Privacy and Data Protection
Details on the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information are given in our Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 Limits on Data Use
pk oke uses user information only for providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties.
7.2 Cookies and Tracking
The platform uses cookies to function effectively. By accessing the site, the user is considered to have agreed to the cookie policy. Cookies can be managed through browser settings, though this may limit the functionality of some services.
08. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Set Limits
Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings at any time. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit will take a set amount of time to come into effect.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Any user may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During this period, it will not be possible to access the account or make transactions. pk oke respects this request and provides the necessary support.
8.3 Protection of Minors

9.2 Third-Party Content
Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution) is protected by their respective intellectual property rights. pk oke displays it only under agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk oke will not be liable for the following:
- Gameplay disruptions caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
- Service outages or delays from third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of account information.
- Brief service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors.
In any circumstance, pk oke's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the user's relevant transaction. pk oke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond direct losses.
11. Amendment of Terms
pk oke reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of access to the site.

For important changes, pk oke will notify users via their registered email or app notification. Continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Final Decision
